Do I need an account?+
No. Editing and exporting work without an account. AI editing uses Sign in with Apple: open the menu (top left), tap Sign in with Apple, then Allow AI editing.
How do I make my first edit?+
Tap Import (or Record, which has a built-in teleprompter), wait for the cut, then tap Continue. In the editor you can use Captions, Style, Scale, Zoom and Audio, and tap + for sound effects, a title, text, or another take.
AutoCut cut something I wanted to keep.+
Tap the cut on the timeline to see what was removed, then tap Restore.
How do I export?+
Tap Export, choose a quality, and the video saves to Photos. Free exports are 720p with a small watermark; Pro exports up to 4K without one.
Can I edit several videos at once?+
Yes. Pick several videos on Home and choose Edit each separately. AutoCut works through them one after another and notifies you when they're ready. Each video with AI editing uses one AI edit.
Which languages are supported?+
AI editing currently supports English speech.
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?+
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose AutoCut. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid being charged.
How do I restore a purchase?+
Open the menu in AutoCut and tap Restore purchases.
How do I delete my account?+
Open the menu and tap Delete account. This removes your account and associated data from our servers.
Is my video uploaded?+
No. Your video never leaves your iPhone. Only the audio (and your teleprompter script, if used) is sent for AI editing after you agree, and it's deleted as soon as the edit is ready.
